The result of a unique manufacturing process, Nikka Coffey Malt is a grain whisky made exclusively from malted barley and distilled in Coffey column stills. It has a surprisingly rich, creamy texture. The fruity nose, with notes of vanilla, citrus and pear, is lively. The palate picks up on these fruity notes, with hints of raisin, praline and cookie. The long, fresh, liquorice and fruity finish (mirabelle plum and plum in particular) rounds off this ultra-rich, juicy tasting experience. A real pleasure!
