The 2023 White IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Combe Pilate opens with ease, showing lightly toasted and grilled notes in a sunny, even exotic register, with touches of mango. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Direct pressing of whole grapes. Light settling. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats for 8 to 9 months. Malolactic fermentation carried out. Very light stirring of the lees during the first months of ageing.

Demeter-certified organic and biodynamic wine.

Color:

Intense golden yellow.

Nose:

Slightly toasted and toasted notes, punctuated by exotic touches of mango, in a fairly sunny register.
