Wine:

Firm and slender, the 2021 White Dry Vouvray preserves the identity of its terroir while producing a very affordable wine. A slender and prominent backbone and notes of fresh herbs and citrus fruits make up this perfectly mastered wine, with just the right amount of fat and a beautiful saline freshness. A model of dry Chenin rated 92/100 RVF.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged for about 7 months in old oak barrels of 300L.
Residual sugar : 2,7g/l.

Color:

Bright pale gold.

Nose:

Fresh through lemon, citrus, fresh herbs and mineral notes.

Palate:

Elongated and salient, this wine reveals a beautiful volume in the palate and a nice saline freshness.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Ceviche, carpaccio, clams, mussels with curry.
