Combining the vintage's freshness with the estate's precise craftsmanship, the 2021 Red Morgon captivates effortlessly with aromas of black fruit, plum, and blueberry. Its refined structure, supported by smooth tannins and subtle oak influence, delivers a harmonious and enjoyable profile, both flavorful and fruit-driven.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Plots in 3 climates: Bellevue, Côte du Py and Roche Noire. Slow maceration for 3 to 4 weeks, fermentation punctuated by punching down and pumping over. Aged for 10 months in concrete vats and new oak barrels, from 1 to 2 wines in the XVIIᵉ century cellar (wood from the Nivernais, Limousin and Allier forests).Color:
