From the outstanding 2018 vintage, this Red Chambolle-Musigny is a wine of exceptional quality, just starting to show its full character. Fresh, vibrant flavours are complemented by subtle hints of oak that add depth without overpowering. Striking a balance between finesse and power, it offers excellent ageing potential but is already a delight to drink now, especially alongside roast poultry or veal chops. A true showcase of Chambolle’s elegance and complexity.Vinification:
Hand harvested, totally destemmed.Vinification in open vats for around 4 weeks, then aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
