Wine:

A standout from the 2023 vintage, the White Condrieu Les Bronettes delivers purity and finesse, showcasing the true character of Viognier. Perfectly ripe, with delicate notes of apricot and a hint of violet, all supported by subtle aging. On the palate, it displays the elegant balance of a fully matured Condrieu, with a precise, vibrant, and expansive profile, highlighted by those lovely violet and apricot flavors. This wine is particularly harmonious and holds great promise for aging, with a potential of 5+ years. Rated 93/100 by our Committee and a true favorite!

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, parcel-based and traditional vinification. Vinification (alcoholic and malolactic fermentation) and ageing 50% in 30 hectoliter wooden tuns and 50% in Burgundy barrels without racking, for 8 months on lees.

Color:

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Aromas oscillate between violets and apricots, accompanied by restrained ageing.

Palate:

Generous yet precise, this cuvée delivers a vibrant and well-balanced wine with lively, harmonious flavors.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Aperitif, baked fish, roast poultry, goat's cheese.
