The palate is generous, offering flavors of praline and dried fruits, leading to a long finish with hints of candied fruits, toffee, and pear. Superb!

Elaboration:

Non-peated, made from a mixture of equal parts of malted and unmalted barley, from distillates aged mostly in oloroso sherry casks, distilled in 3 different stills.

Bright amber gold.

Nose:

Delicate notes of red fruits, sweet spices reminiscent of pink berries.

Palate:

Rich and generous with flavors of praline, ripe fruit, black currant. The finish stretches on notes of candied fruits and ripe pear.
