Of great finesse, blended with local botanicals (yellow yuzu, sweet pepper from Sansho, with a fresh and lemony fragrance, Gyokuro tea from Uji), The Kyoto Distillery Ki No Bi Classic Gin delivers an abundance of fresh and delicate aromas from juniper berries to citrus fruits, a touch of pepper, tangerine notes, flowers, and green tea. Reduced with water from the Fushimi shrine, it offers a soft texture, and a fresh and vegetal palate, with a hint of mint. The long finish leaves a sensation of fullness and intense freshness with a mix of spices and fine herbal notes. A marvel of freshness and style. To be drunk as a cocktail or on ice.
