The La Hechicera Solera 21 Reserva Familiar rum is a blend of rums aged using the Solera method between 12 and 21 years in American oak barrels. The nose of plum, cocoa, and banana is an enchantment, preceding an equally gourmet and flattering palate, with a sweet impression of richness over flavors of dark chocolate, cinnamon, and blond tobacco. The finish is long and lingering, with nutty accents punctuated by woody notes, vanilla, and chocolate. It is a dry and balanced rum offering, extremely complex.
