Wine:

The 2020 white Côtes du Roussillon beautifully captures the finesse of its schist soils, with alluring smoky notes and remarkable purity, free from any oak influence. It’s a generous wine, both dense and rich, supported by a fresh, mineral backbone. A perfect representation of the vintage, ready to enjoy now, with a smooth texture and a touch of bitterness that extends the flavors. A delightful bottle for immediate pleasure, ideally paired with grilled fish. The Selection Committee’s favorite, rated 92/100.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested grapes, followed by cold settling after pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Intense, bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Defined by aromas of white flowers, accented by subtle mineral and smoky notes, with no oak influence.

Palate:
