The Dalmore 30 Year Old Sherry Single Malt Whisky Edition 2022, matured in Graham's exceptional 1982 Vintage Port casks, is a truly unique 30-year-old single malt, a testament to the formidable partnership between Graham's and Dalmore. The result is a mahogany-colored whisky with a nose of candied oranges, caramel, sour cherries and warm brioche. The palate is a recital of forest fruits, pears and plums before a finish of vanilla and slivered almonds.

Elaboration:

Aged in American white oak, then transferred to Graham's exceptional 1982 Vintage Port casks until bottling.

Color:

Amber with mahogany highlights.

Nose:

Scents of candied oranges, molasses, caramel, morello cherries and warm brioche.

Palate:

The palate reveals flavors of wild berries, pear and Victoria plum tarte tatin, Madagascar vanilla and slivered almonds.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Glencairn whisky glass.

Food and wine pairing:

As an aperitif or digestif, dry, on the rocks or accompanied by still, neutral spring water at room temperature.
