The 2022 white Pouilly-Fumé Léon , formerly known as the Florilège cuvée, is a vibrant Sauvignon with a fresh balance. It features a pure and delicate aromatic nose with floral and mineral notes. The palate is of great finesse, grounded in flint, and expresses citrus flavors, presenting a mature, precise, and balanced ensemble. This successful wine is ready to enjoy now and over the next 5 years.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, from a blend of different older plots from different terroirs, aged 12 to 14 months on lees in stainless steel and concrete vats.
