The 2020 Red Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Narbantons delivers vibrant, juicy flavors of morello cherry with excellent depth and balance. The wine shows impressive amplitude, carried by a smooth, velvety texture and a refined freshness. Its harmonious structure highlights the ripeness and precision of the fruit, making it both approachable and elegant.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled vats. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, temperature control, long vatting with optimal punching down and pumping over. Aged for 15 months in oak barrels, 40% of which are new and 60% of which are made from 1 to 3 wines.

Bright garnet red.

Nose:

Beautifully defined with notes of red fruits.

Palate:

Generous and velvety, this cuvée delivers deep flavors of juicy morello cherry, supported by fine tannins and a balanced, savory texture.
