Wine:

A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Carignan, the 2022 Red Terrasses du Larzac Serres & Co combines the complexity of these grape varieties with purity and deliciousness. It features notes of macerated red fruits, garrigue, and sage, all under very restrained aging. The result is particularly juicy, refined, and easy to drink, with a fresh and crisp style. A wine to enjoy from today onwards.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, de-stemmed, aged for 1 year in concrete vats.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Beautifully intense red, bright with some violet highlights.

Nose:

Pure and complex, thanks to the grape varieties that make it up, we find a nose of macerated red fruits, garrigue notes and a touch of sage, all on a sober breeding.

Palate:

This wine, with its fine, fresh, crisp style and juicy, digestible juice, can be enjoyed today.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
