Wine:

At the peak of its evolution, the Domaine Cazes Muscat de Rivesaltes Blanc 1996 is dazzling with purity and finesse. The years have solidified its flavors, enhancing its complexity and stretching its texture with phenomenal finesse. It begins with aromas of cold tea, peach tea, with a hint of mint on the nose. Notes of Earl Grey, bergamot, and Moroccan mint gently come and go. This profile extends onto the palate, with a simultaneously powerful and time-tamed texture, featuring tannic density that balances out the sugar. It's an ethereal wine with endless length, multiple layers, and delightful flavors. A monument of Rivesaltes to be enjoyed for another 10 years, perfect for pairing with sunny days, such as with peach and verbena or a rosemary dessert. A favorite of the Best Sommelier in the World, Olivier Poussier, rated 96/100.
