Lokita, a gem of artisanal production, carefully selects blue agave from different terroirs - clay soils for the mineral profile and the heights of the state of Jalisco for the subtle fruit - to produce tequilas of perfect balance. Like this Lokita Tequila Blanco 100% Agave, with notes of citrus and juicy pear, apple and pineapple, offering in the palate a great intensity on the same aromatic register, and a fresh finish, more full-bodied. Ideal with seafood or fish ceviche.
Elaboration:
Composed of 100% Agave (Tequilana Weber), of blue variety, cultivated in the southeast of Jalisco. They are carefully selected, harvested during the dry season (January to April) and can be aged up to 7 years. The Agaves are slowly cooked in wood-fired ovens, distilled twice in copper stills and distillation columns. Limited production: 6000 bottles.Color:
