Wine:

The 2020 White Lieu-Dit Saint-Joseph is a perfect representation of the Marsanne grape’s generosity and intensity. This is a delicate and refined wine, with slight aromas of yellow fruits, white flowers, and hints of toast and honey. The palate is rich and fresh, with an extremely pure and precise finish. What a treat!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation control, vinification and maturation in new oak barrels for 2/3 of the juice and in one wine barrel for 1/3.

Color:

Bright yellow gold.

Nose:

Aromas of yellow fruits and white flowers with fine honeyed notes.

Palate:

Pure, rich and deep with strong notes of fresh fruits and a nice vivacity. What's not to love?

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Veal carpaccio, pan-fried scorpion fish fillets, aged cheeses.
