Wine:

A wonderful wine full of finesse and balance, the 2018 White Condrieu Assemblage Premium has pure aromas of ripe fruits. A vigorous representation of the viognier grape variety, in its purest version, this wine is sapid and full of vivacity. It’s a treat to enjoy and share with your closest friends, paired with sweet and sour or spicy cuisine, or with an aperitif with goat cheese.

Vinification:

Manual harvesting, maturing for 8 months for 1/3 of the wine in new oak barrels and 2/3 in stainless steel vats.

Color:

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Aromas of apricot mixed with subtle scents of wisteria and bergamot followed by a fine note of earl grey.

Palate:

Delicate and robust on a dapper fruit, enjoy this balanced style that reveals itself through its ripe and sapid texture.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, fresh goat cheese, spicy or sweet and sour dishes.

From now until 2023
