Wine:

Of great freshness, the 2019 White Lirac Reine des Bois offers charming notes of white fruits, aromatic herbs, fennel and anise. We appreciate its fresh perfumes, its fullness and finesse, and it's amazing virtues. A tonic and well-balanced white wine that will pair beautifully with fish or fresh cheeses. What a delight!

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vinification and maturation for 10% of the harvest in barrels and 90% in stainless steel tanks. Diam 10 cork, guaranteeing a potential of keeping between 5 to 10 years. Certified organic wine. Vines cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture.

Golden yellow with green reflections.

Nose:

Aromas of white fruits mixed with beautiful aromatic herbs, creamy notes, but also of fennel and anise.

Palate:

Rich and delicate, this wine unfolds a palate both tonic and generous: What a delight!

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
