The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine We're delighted to be able to offer you this unique product once again... Our close relationships with the finest Bordeaux châteaux have enabled us to develop this special wine once again, the fruit of a close collaboration between Olivier Poussier, the Best Sommelier in the World 2000, and one of the greatest names in Pauillac, which we're keeping secret...

This unique transaction on the market for great Bordeaux wines has resulted in the "Pauillac by Valap" wine, whose "juices" come from exceptional supplies, set with the noblest origins. As a result, it possesses the vigor and power of the greatest Médocs, in a pure style, with outstanding integrity and character.
Wine Selected by Olivier Poussier, the 2020 Red Pauillac proudly holds its own and would certainly have its place among the appellation's most prestigious bottles... For it bears a distinctly Médoc identity, with the graphite accent of the great Cabernets on the nose and harmonious hints of red and black fruit. The palate is rich and elegant, with smooth tannins and a perfectly balanced, fresh juice. A remarkable Pauillac, refined and classy, to be kept for another 5 to 8 years. a Selection Committee Favorite rated 94/100.
Vinification Hand-harvested, 80% of the wine is aged in stainless steel vats, the remaining 20% in one- or two-wine barrels.
