For over two decades, Isabelle and Vincent Goumard have crafted biodynamic wines of precision and depth, revealing the raw power of the region while capturing the intricate geological nuances of this dramatic terroir.
With a deep understanding of each parcel, the couple quickly established their talent. Today, their domaine stands as a symbol of the Languedoc’s most refined side—wines of elegance, complexity, and impressive longevity. |

Rich in flavour, refined, and effortlessly drinkable, the 2022 Terrasses du Larzac Terre de Jonquières Red offers a clear, honest expression of the appellation. This is a pure, finely textured red, driven by dark berry aromas and a subtle hint of violet. Its elegant sapidity, delicate tannins, and well-balanced structure—shaped by aging in large-format oak vessels (500L demi-muids and foudres, which allow gentle oxygenation without overt wood influence)—come together in a wine that’s both deep, sun-kissed, and remarkably refined. |
