The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A family-run estate in the southern Rhône Valley, Domaine Maby works across three historic appellations—Tavel, Lirac, and Côtes du Rhône. Certified organic and equipped with modern winemaking tools, they produce wines that are consistently clean, expressive, and fruit-driven. A sure bet from Provence.
Wine Blending seven grape varieties and capturing the full range of the Tavel terroirs, this 2024 vintage is a complex, layered rosé made without any oak aging. It opens with bright red berry aromas and a subtle floral lift. On the palate, it strikes a fine balance between delicacy and texture, with juicy, lightly tangy flavors that keep things lively. A brilliant match for cured meats, pissaladière, or anything fresh off the grill.
Vinification Hand harvested. Traditional vinification. Aged in stainless steel vats. Bottled in March 2025.
