The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A fresh chapter begins for this historic estate in the heart of Meursault. Acquired in 2018 by the Derichebourg family, Domaine Guy Bocard is undergoing a complete transformation under the guidance of renowned Burgundy winemaker Philippe Pacalet.

Since the 2022 vintage, the wines have been completely revitalized, marking a triumphant return to form for this discreet six-hectare estate, now certified organic and focused exclusively on Village and Premier Cru wines.
Wine From well-placed vines facing north toward Volnay, the 2023 White Bourgogne Côte d’Or is a delightful expression of Chardonnay. Expertly aged with just the right touch of oak, it’s both fresh and precise, with vibrant, long-lasting fruit flavors that bring real energy to the palate. A benchmark example of white Burgundy—ready to enjoy now or cellar for another 4 to 5 years. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Long pressing of whole grapes. Alcoholic fermentation using 100% indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation with stirring of the lees, aged on the fine lees for 12 months in French oak barrels, 10% of which are new.
Plots located in the commune of Meursault: Les Durots (to the north), Les Basses Gouttes and Les Grandes Coutures (to the south).

Certified organic wine.
