Jean-Michel Deiss, now joined by his son Mathieu, crafts wines for true connoisseurs—complex, intensely flavourful, and beautifully balanced.

Farmed entirely according to biodynamic principles, the estate showcases Alsace’s terroirs and grape varieties with exceptional mastery. Their profound understanding of soil and vinification allows them to elevate each cuvée to something extraordinary. With residual sugars now dialed back more than ever, these latest wines are among their finest yet, securing the domaine’s place on the global stage. An absolute must for any serious wine lover.
Wine The 2023 Alsace Complantation White is a beautifully complex wine, crafted from a mix of grape varieties grown together on the same terroir. The nose opens with delicate white flower aromas and fresh white fruit, all wrapped in a lovely sense of ripeness. On the palate, it strikes a perfect balance between silkiness, freshness, tension, and subtle mineral-driven bitterness. This is a highly complete, approachable wine—an ideal introduction to this unique style of viticulture. A perfect match for freshwater fish or creamy white meat dishes. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, grapes sourced exclusively from the estate's vineyards, wine produced from 13 Alsatian grape varieties grown and harvested together, pressed and vinified with the utmost respect, using the gentlest technology and no oenological additives. Residual sugar: 2.7 g/l.

Organic wine certified by Ecocert and biodynamic certified by Demeter.
