Hand harvested. Direct pressing of all grape varieties. Vinification of the Cinsault and Tibouren grapes in stainless steel vats, followed by Grenache and Rolles partially in tulip-shaped concrete vats with rounded bottoms, generating a natural convection movement that suspends the lees and resembles bâtonnage (stirring of the lees).
The estate has chosen to package this wine with a Stelvin screw cap, thus preserving its freshness and eliminating any cork taint. |
