The 2021 Red Moulin-à-Vent Rochegrès displays great freshness and finesse in this half-powerful vintage. Hand harvested, traditional Beaujolais semi-carbonic vinification in whole grapes with two 10-minute pump-overs per day. Maceration for 9 to 11 days in concrete vats. Maturation of 6 to 8 months, for 95% of the harvest in tuns and in barrels of one and two years for the remaining 5%. |
