Wine:

Of beautiful purity, with subtle floral notes, the 2023 white Vin de France Préjugés is a light and easy Chardonnay, perfect for summer. Its finely crafted, precise, and fresh structure is ideal for seafood or cheeses. This wine celebrates the noble vegetal aspect of Chardonnay with a maturity that retains its crispness. Exceptionally well-made, especially at this price! It can be aerated beforehand or served in large glasses. Rated 91/100 by the selection committee.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Pneumatic pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats at 18°C. Aged for 2 months in 20HL tuns.

For ecological reasons, this wine is sold without capsules.

Bright light yellow with green highlights.

Nose:

Fresh, delicate aromas underlined by a pure, floral framework and a creamy touch.

Palate:

Chiselled and tender, the attack reveals a fine, light Chardonnay, with a precise structure and a crisp aspect.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitifs, grilled, marinated or smoked fish, pan-fried mushrooms with parsley, shrimp skewers with curry, seasonal vegetable cassolettes, aged or fresh goat's and cow's cheeses.
