Wine:

The 2021 Red Bandol showcases the superb character of fully ripe Mourvèdre, with a beautifully smooth structure. Its elegance makes it approachable even now, though it will gain complexity in the coming years, filled with sun-kissed flavors and built for aging. A true grail for any wine lover.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, destemmed, fermented for 15 days to 3 weeks in stainless steel or concrete vats and aged for 18 to 20 months in tuns.

Intense ruby.

Nose:

Flavors of dark fruit intertwined with spicy and earthy notes.

Palate:

This concentrated cuvée, supported by crisp, fine tannins, reveals a well-structured profile that combines finesse, elegance, and power.

Temperature:

Decant before serving at between 16 and 18°C.

Roast pigeon with pepper concasse, duck with olives, roast duck with black olive jus, rack of lamb with paprika.
