Wine:

The 2020 Red Languedoc L'Équilibre is beautifully balanced, with fresh yet ripe character. Syrah takes the lead, adding layers of dark fruit and exotic spice on the nose. Dense and concentrated on the palate, with smooth tannins and a subtle, savory quality, this vintage is outstanding now and promises to develop gracefully over the next three years and beyond. Ideal with flavorful meats like ribeye or leg of lamb, it’s a fantastic find at this price—awarded 93/100 and a true Selection Committee favorite.

Vinification:

Hand-picked in crates. Traditional vinification. Aged 15 months in foudres and demi-muids.

Bright ruby red.

Nose:

A well-balanced, ripe blend led by Syrah, offering dark fruit aromas and spice with a touch of refreshing brightness.
