Very sophisticated, deep, tasty, and of great personality, the Brut Grand Cru RSRV Cuvée 4.5 Champagne is a superb success. Predominantly made from Pinot Noir grapes, it displays aromas of pit fruits, juicy fruits and wheat in a very pure palate with creamy accents. It is a great champagne that is both deep and tasty, of great precision, and ready for the table, to pair with turbot or sweetbreads with morels.Vinification:
Champagne from 5 Grands Crus (Verzenay, Bouzy, Aÿ, Avize and Cramant) 20% reserve wines. Aged on laths for a minimum of 4 years. Dosage : 6g/l.Color:
