Nestled on the slopes of Bué, Pierre Morin is making a name for himself among the elite winemakers of Sancerre. With humility and skill, he discreetly carves out his own path on 10 hectares, producing wines that are as balanced as they are pure—thanks to organic farming practices. His whites are exceptionally pure and his reds have a delightful crispness.
