Wine:

The 2023 white Côtes de Provence Prestige is a refreshingly crisp wine, with floral and citrus notes, dominated by Rolle and complemented by a hint of Clairette that playfully enhances the aromatic profile of this cuvée. Its taut, crunchy texture and lively zest underscore the mouthwatering, almost saline style of this white wine. The deliciously exotic finish makes it a perfect companion for grilled dishes and fried fish. This pure white wine remains accessible for three years and beyond.

Vinification:

Grapes from a selection of Provence terroirs and certain plots on the estate. Low-temperature pressing and fermentation, selection of free-run and press juices. No malolactic fermentation.

Color:

Pale, bright yellow with silver highlights.

Un nez marqué par le cépage rolle se mêlant avec une touche de clairette qui vient renforcer la fraîcheur de cette cuvée aux saveurs florales et d'agrumes.

Palate:
