Elaboration:

Composed of around a hundred eaux-de-vie, all aged in exceptionally old barrels

Color:

Gold with golden and copper shades.

Nose:

Floral aromas (jasmine, honeysuckle) supported by intense notes of red fruits and spices.

Palate:

This cognac is silky, light, supple and round underlined by notes of honey, dried flowers, truffles, sweet spices, notes of cinnamon, fruits with a deep and persistent finish.

Food and wine pairing:

To be served with dessert in a glass on ice or at -15°C (frosted).
