Wine:

The 2022 Red Terrasses du Larzac Cléo opens with intense aromas of stone fruits, spices, and black pepper. Its delicate structure, supported by fine tannins, reveals a juicy, sun-kissed core, perfectly embodying the Languedoc style. The wine remains flavorful and impressively easy to drink, with a fresh, almost gulpable quality. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested in crates. Destemming, alcoholic fermentation in vats at around 25° using indigenous yeasts. Bottled without filtration.

Color:

Bright carmine ruby red.

Nose:

Intense aromas of pit fruit with spicy black pepper notes.

Palate:

With a fine and juicy structure, delicate tannins, and a classic Languedoc profile, this wine is both flavorful and irresistibly easy to drink.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Grilled meats, grilled duck breast, roasted eggplant, prime rib with rosemary.
