The 2023 Red Coeur des Feuillées Brouilly is an outstanding vintage, marked by remarkable generosity and quality. Harvested from vines planted between 1920 and 1945, on a two-hectare plot of granite and clay soils, this wine bursts with fresh, ripe flavors, dominated by Burlat cherries, offering an aromatic character with great finesse.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, whole grapes vinified for 10 to 12 days. Aged in oak tuns.
