Wine:

The 2021 White Meursault immediately transports you to its magnificent terroir, showcasing the buttery and floral profile of perfectly ripe Chardonnay, supported by well-integrated, pronounced oak. The structure remains consistent, with a delicate zesty finish and pleasant bitter notes. A beautiful expression of this exceptional terroir, it will age gracefully for 6-7 years or even longer. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, fermented and aged in oak barrels, with a small proportion of new barrels.

Color:

Beautifully intense, brilliant gold.

Nose:

Very typical Meursault, with a buttery, floral note, then underlined by a marked woodiness.

Palate:

Ripe and fresh, with delicate fruit, this wine releases a finely acidic juice with a lovely bitter finish on the palate.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
