Wine:

The 2023 White Meursault Vieilles Vignes brings together fruit from four parcels across the appellation, offering a beautifully pure and understated floral expression. It’s a refined, precise interpretation of this renowned terroir, with elegant oak, striking balance, and a vibrant freshness that carries through from start to finish. The texture is dense yet mouthwatering, with layered, savory depth. This is a lively, terroir-driven Meursault, showcasing juicy, focused fruit without any excess. Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Whole grapes left to be pressed for a long period. Alcoholic fermentation using 100% indigenous yeasts, malolactic fermentation with stirring of the lees, aged on the fine lees for 12 months in French oak barrels, 10% of which are new.
Plots located to the north of Meursault, in the direction of Volnay: Les Durots, En La Barre, Malpoiriers, Dressolles, vines mostly between 50 and 80 years old.

Certified organic wine.
