The 2022 White Condrieu Les Terrasses de l'Empire presents a radiant expression of Viognier, in a style characterized by precision and subtlety. Its notes of white peaches, candied citrus, bitter orange, and fresh flowers are an ode to delicacy and freshness. Vinification:

Hand-harvested, whole crop direct pressing. Aged in wooden vats on fine lees and in barrels for 8 months.

Color:

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Full aromatic bouquet, oscillating between notes of white peach, candied citrus and fresh flowers.

Palate:

Silky-smooth and airy with sparkling fruit, this wine has a delicate, subtle profile and offers us a Viognier with a precise style.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Scallops with ginger sauce, semi-cooked foie gras, crayfish swimming, red mullet fillets with capers and fennel.
