Wine:

The 2023 Alsace Pinot Blanc White reveals a pure, floral nose, dominated by white blossom aromas. Vinification:

Hand harvested from vines aged between 50 and 80 years. Whole berry pressing, static settling, no temperature control, fermentation on lees for 2 to 6 months. Aged on lees for 11 months.

A dynamic and tangy plot in a lively and crisp style.

Serve at 10 to 12°C.
