With beautiful ripeness and notes of white fruit and star anise, the 2022 Alsace Pinot Gris Réserve White perfectly showcases the grape’s richness and depth, balanced by a fine, crystalline acidity.
Sourced from old vines in the Brand and Heimbourg vineyards—where granite and clay-limestone soils shape its character—this fresh yet silky Pinot Gris offers elegant balance and refined texture. A perfect match for white fish and seafood, it also has the structure to age gracefully for five years or more.

Vinification:

Hand harvested from vines aged between 35 and 70 years. Whole berry pressing, static settling, no temperature control, fermentation on lees for 2 to 6 months. Aged on lees for 11 months.

Bright pale yellow.

A magnificent fresh profile of Pinot Gris, a light note of star anise and a touch of white fruits.

Palate:

A smooth texture, lifted by a touch of acidity, creating beautiful balance and an elegant, refined character.

Serve at 10 to 12°C.
