Wine:

A concentrate of fruitiness and finesse, the 2022 IGP Ile de Beauté Orso Rosé has a beautiful salmon color. The fresh nose is floral and delicate and releases light aromas of red fruits and roses. The graceful palate is chiseled and taut, with a very light texture. It is a rosé that will be a delight as an aperitif, and a faithful companion to seafood and grilled fish.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting at night, direct pressing and cold stabilization.

Vegan wine, certified.

Color:

Bright clear salmon pink.

Nose:

Fresh and delicate with notes of flowers and rose.

Palate:

Chiseled and taut, this rosé is light, graceful and appetizing!

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:
