Wine:

The White 2023 Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert Val de Montferrand offers a refined profile with fruity and floral notes, fresh and pure, highlighted by linden leaf accents—an aromatic characteristic of the Vermentino, Chardonnay, and Roussanne blend in this cuvée. On the palate, it continues this approachable style, with a generous, finely tuned energy, marked by subtle bitterness on the finish. This is a truly Mediterranean wine, ideal for an aperitif, and pairs wonderfully with shrimp, grilled fish, or anchovy and cheese pastries. Rated 91/100 by the Selection Committee.

The Pic Saint-Loup, the coolest terroir in Languedoc, is a remarkable source of juicy and indulgent cuvées. Driven by the talent of Frédéric Mézy from Clos des Augustins, Le Prieuré de Beauregard has made this its specialty, benefiting from exceptionally well-situated clay-limestone parcels, likely among the most coveted in the region.

The altitude, nestled on the first foothills of the Cévennes, and its eastern exposure create ideal conditions for producing fresh, vibrant, and striking wines, all certified organic.
