Vinification:

Hand harvested, direct pressing, natural settling. Aged in vats with stirring until February.

Color:

Bright rosé with light copper/orange tones.

Nose:

Fresh and delicate, with citrus and wild strawberry aromas.

Palate:

Refreshing and pure, the perfect rosé for the summer season, with an invigorating attack and beautiful balance.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Located in the coolest terroir of Languedoc, Pic Saint-Loup is a fantastic source of juicy and delicious wines.
