Wine:

A Selection Committee favorite rated 93+/100, the 2022 red Côtes du Rhône Village Visan Khrôma is a luscious red wine of exceptional finesse, accented with smoky, floral, and lightly spiced notes. Predominantly made from old Grenache vines, blended with Syrah and Cinsault, it bursts with fresh, ripe juice, supported by silky tannins. The inclusion of 25% whole clusters contributes to its delicacy and easy-drinking profile, enhanced by an aging process free from any oak influence. A suave and absolutely superb wine!

Expressive, fruity aromas with hints of Syrah and a delicate floral touch.

From now until 2030

It's an extraordinary journey! The Domaine de l’Argentière, rooted in Visan for four generations, underwent a complete transformation in 2022.

Stéphanie Cave and Johan Bartholin, trained by some of the most renowned names in French winemaking (Pierre-Jean Villa, Alphonse Mellot, Stéphane Sérol, Henry Pellé), and enriched by international experiences, decided to focus on a few hectares of the family vineyard. Their aim is to create distinctive cuvées from scratch: vibrant wines that respect nature, cultivated and vinified using organic farming methods.
