Vinification:
Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, dosage: 6g/l.
Color:
Pomegranate pink with slight orange reflections.
Nose:
Aromas of exotic fruits, guava and lychee, small red fruits, then notes of rose and pomegranate.
Palate:
Round and delicious with a straightforward and full attack with red fruit flavors. The finish continues on refined notes of mint and pink grapefruit.
Temperature:
Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Aperitif, salmon tataki, raspberry sabayon, red fruit soup.
