Golden colour

Nose:

Elegant on the nose with aromas of slightly stewed fruit, and flowers

Lively on entry, long on the palate, slightly vanilla-ish, buttery, fruity notes.

Serve between 7 and 9°C

Enjoy as an aperitif, on important occasions, with foie gras, veal sweetbreads, risotto.

Founded in 1846 by the Devaux brothers, the House of Veuve Devaux is now owned by the "Union Auboise". This cooperative has become a reference producer of high end champagnes. The vinification work is every bit as good as that of the big, well known Champagne Houses, as is the origin of its grapes from the best champagne "growths". If you have never tasted this champagne house's range before, you will be truly captivated by the texture, finesse and effervescence of its fine champagnes.
