The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté Le Clou et la Plume White benefits from a bit of air before serving. Initially reserved, it opens up to reveal perfectly ripe fruit and a lovely, rounded texture. The palate is broad and lightly toasted, with a creamy, caramel-like note that adds to its charm. This is a generous, sophisticated Aligoté with excellent structure and substance, made for the table. It pairs beautifully with white meats and fish. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

The 2023 Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune Red is a Pinot Noir with refined aromas and a lovely toasted character. The nose opens with notes of kirsch-like cherry, hints of flowers, and a touch of potpourri. On the palate, it shows solid structure and well-built tannins, with oak still present, lending depth and a sense of refinement. The texture is polished and supple, carrying the fruit through to a smooth finish. Its vibrant, crunchy fruit character makes it especially appealing, with a cellaring potential of 3 to 5 years. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.
