Nestled in the hills above Passenans, just a few kilometers from Voiteur, this historic estate has roots dating back to the 18th century.

Now a compact ten-hectare vineyard cultivated organically, the estate is producing wines of remarkable precision, vibrancy, and character—earning its place among the Jura’s finest.

The estate’s signature wine, the 2022 Arbois Trousseau Red is a beautifully expressive and refined example of the grape, perfectly mastered by the winemaking team. Sensual and layered, it’s a wine with impressive presence and charm. Irresistible in its youth, it also has the structure to age gracefully for another 5 to 6 years. A superb match for slow-cooked or grilled meats.

The 2023 Côtes du Jura Chardonnay Ouillé White was aged in a Savagnin barrel without oxidative influence, preserving its purity and freshness. Driven by vibrant acidity, it reveals notes of fresh walnut, white orchard fruit, and hazelnut. This is a beautifully crafted White — both generous and precise — ready to enjoy now or cellar for another 3 to 4 years.
